Studio unit sleeps three. Full kitchen perfect to fix a quick lunch or dinner. Also a perfect place to lay your head after a long day on the slopes. Heated outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub available along with a community room for everyone to gather. The community room has a fireplace. Cable and WiFi ski locker available for renters. There also is a room with coin operated washers and dryers. Brookside is a nice spot to be at Sunday River. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Right on the mountain- truly ski in/ski out. RFID means you never need to go into a lodge. Tight space in the bathroom, but we’re there for the skiing- which was awesome!
