The Cobblestone House is located just outside of the Classic New
England Village of Bethel. Bethel offers a walkable downtown with
many dining options. This home is also within minutes of the
State’s best outdoor recreation opportunities. Close to Sunday
River Ski Resort, Mt Abram Ski Area and The Bike Park. It is within
minutes of some of the best cross-country skiing in the area at the
Bethel Inn Resort, Carter’s and Gould Academy trails. The Bethel
Inn Resort offers dining, and a premier golf course in the summer.
There also is hiking and fat tire biking nearby, part of the “Inland
Woods and Trails” for winter and summer enjoyment.
This home is a great place for gathering with friends and family.
On the main floor is the kitchen, dining area and living area with a
gas fireplace. On the second level is a large Primary suite with a
king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bath. The second level
includes two more bedrooms each with queen size beds and full
bath.
On the ground floor there is an additional TV area and another full
bath with a washer and dryer. There is a bunk room with (2) full
and (2) twin beds.
This well-appointed rental is a great spot for your next get-away
vacation! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
