Headwall Lodge is a brand new, ski chalet located in the Peaks. The Peaks is a highly desirable location with direct views of the slopes and just 3 miles to the lifts. Guests will be close to skiing, hiking, swimming, river floating and boating, dining and entertainment. The owners were incredibly thoughtful in choosing the location, design, furnishings, fixtures and décor throughout, with the help of an interior designer who specializes in mountain homes. The chalet is thoughtfully set up to comfortably host a multigenerational family or two families together. Rather your group is coming to enjoy the winter snow or spring skiing, beautify summer and fall weather and scenery our area has to offer, this is the prefect location and property. The upper level features two king suites as well as a third bedroom with a trundle. This is ideal for an aditional guest or children who are more comfortable on the same level as the adults. The lower level offers two more bedrooms, perfect for another family with bedroom 1 offering a queen bed and bedroom 2, two sets of custom full bunks. The lower level is also home to an aditional full bath, game room with large smart TV, games table coming soon, and access to the hot tub. The main level of the property is the heart of the home with an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows provide views of Sunday River trails, sun sets and fireworks from the lodge! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals for the entire group with the dining table and peninsula providing enough comfortable seating for all. The great room presents guests with massive views, fireplace to warm up by, large screen TV, comfortable seating and access to the deck. AC and wifi throughout. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
