Beautifully updated and furnished North Peak two bedroom condo. Sleeps up to six people. This is the perfect condo to make all of your ski vacation memories! North Peak has a great outdoor heated pool for all to enjoy! Renters have the use of a ski locker on the lower level. Be right at the mountain with all of the action! Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two single beds (one bunk) and a double futon. This condo is very cozy and homey! The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Being able to stay slopeside is unmatched. North Peak condo 1-311 was clean and updated for the most part. I would definitely stay here again.
If it were mine I would clear out ALL of the living room furniture and put a big sectional with one end table and an ottoman. Clear out the clutter and allow for maximum seating. Replace futon with another bunk.
My only complaint about the complex itself is no HOT TUB. The heated pool is nice for kids, but doesn't cut it for me. That's all I want after a day on the slopes.
