Travel & Winter Conditions
Mountain weather can make travel challenging. While roads and the driveway are professionally maintained, all‑wheel or four‑wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months.
Damage Waiver
A non‑refundable $150 damage waiver fee is included in the total rental cost at booking.
This covers accidental damage up to $1,500.

More than 30 days before arrival: Refund of your deposit minus a $50 processing fee
Within 30 days of arrival: Refund issued for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This house has a great location and a nice set-up with bunk rooms downstairs and the other bedrooms upstairs. We appreciated the snacks and ski necessities like chapstick that were provided as a welcome gift. We wished there were more than just a few hooks in the mudroom to dry ski gear and the mattresses aren't the most comfortable, but overall it's a good rental for multiple families skiing Sunday River.

Great place to rent with family. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Close to mountain and Bethel. great Mountain View from living room and kitchen. Hot Tub was added bonus. My only complaint would be the floors and bath fixtures could be clean better. Floors had crumbs in corners and under stools. The bath had hair in Corner of shower on toilet seat and sink.

This place was perfect for a group of 14! We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the huge yard for all of our field games. All bedrooms were a comfortable size, lovely living room, and a lovely patio to enjoy the ski mountains.

This is probably thought of as a winter place for skiers and snowboarders but we just had a group of twelve late twenties / early thirties guys do a summer weekend here and we had a blast. The yard was great for games, the deck was awesome for spectating / trash talk, and between the grill and kitchen we had an easy time with food too. Spacious, great for large groups, large balcony with a good grill, comfortable beds, good kitchen for cooking
House was as described- clean and spacious. The multiple ac units helped to keep the house cool. Deck had great views of Sunday River. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook several large meals. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Sunday River brewing. Santa’s village is just about an hour away- so the littles enjoyed heading there for a day. We also enjoyed tubing with Bethel outdoor adventures. Our extended family enjoyed the house and our trip. Would definitely rent again if we go back to the area.
