This is a two bedroom one full bath condo located in building one. Building one is right next to the pool building and this condo is on the end of the building nearest the pool. Just steps away. North Peak is one of the most desired complexes at Sunday River Ski Resort. Fully equipped kitchen makes any meal prep a breeze. Ski lockers are available for renters use. Also in the ski locker area there are some coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Cozy and efficient condo with great ski-in ski-out access. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool, and the host was awesome at facilitating an early arrival for us as a huge snowstorm was making travel dangerous. Overall would recommend! Thanks again!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Instructions were very clear. Easy access to the slopes and both skiable and walkable to the main South Ridge Lodge and lifts. Kids loved the pool. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!
we love the north peak condos, very clean and the best location at Sunday River.
