If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great option for a family of 5! Everything was really smooth with communication, the layout was great for a family of 5, and we appreciated the upgrades in the kitchen and bath. Furniture was a little dated, but didn't bother us at all. Access to ski trails, heated pool, and a gas fireplace were all great amenities. Be aware that it on the 3rd floor so you will have 3 sets of stairs up to the condo.

Last minute ski getaway... could not have been happier with unit condition and location! Truly ski in ski out... well appointed, clean, and comfortable! Would definitely rent again! And the rental agent was a bonus! We left a back pack by accident... and she kindly met us back at the unit at 5:30 at night Grateful for her going out of her way! Thanks!
We’ve been coming up to the North Peak units for years and this has to be one of my favorite units. The unit was updated nicely, very clean, lots of light in the unit during the day and a great view of the ski trail.
