The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Incredibly convenient location to slopes!!! The condo was very comfortable, well kept/clean and Julia was very quick to respond. Wonderful ski weekend at Sunday River at North Peak 2-101. We will certainly return soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and exactly what we were expecting. It is very convenient to access the Ski hill. The only "better if' would be a better mattress on the queen bed. Otherwise, I would recommend this unit to a friend/family member.

This rental was everything we needed it to be. We had a great time. The location is excellent for access to the hill. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.
This unit couldn’t be any better for ski in - ski out. Clean and comfortable.
