On mountain condo located at Sunday River Ski Resort. Two bedrooms with one full bath. Full kitchen to prepare breakfast so you can get to slopes quickly. Also is a great spot to stop by while on the slopes for a lunch. Ski in ski out condo. There is a heated outdoor pool at North Peak. This condo sleeps 8 with the pull out sofa in the living area. Be right where all of the action is. Park your car and enjoy your stay right at the mountain. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Accurately described. Was a perfect location for ski on ski off. I would not hesitate to rent again. Great place for a family to spend a week skiing at Sunday River. We were 4 people, but could easily have more.

Great little slopeside diddy. My buddies and I got stuck in the apt for a bit due to a doorknob malfunction, but maintence came and replaced the doorknob asap. Ended up missing an hour and a half of riding but we bellied up to the bar at about 5:30 anyhow.
