The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features a full-size bed with a twin bunk overhead — a fun and flexible setup for kids or additional guests. In the living area, you'll find a queen Murphy bed, giving extra guests a real bed instead of a pull-out sofa for added comfort.
Enjoy cooking in the updated kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks during your stay. Being located on the top floor means no noisy neighbors above you, adding extra peace and privacy.
North Peak amenities include:

The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

This place is fantastic for anyone looking for easy access to Sunday River. It is located right off the Sundance trail and close to the North Peak Express - truly ski-in and ski-out. The apartment itself was very well maintained. Everything was as described and there were enough beds and bedding for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a full meal - it also includes a toaster and a Keurig for breakfast. Note that the building itself does not have an elevator, and you will have to carry luggage and any coolers up and down a couple flights of stairs. The ski locker is a bit tight for a family of 5, all with skis and boots, but it was manageable. The host, Julia, is very responsive and accommodative. We had to change dates and Julia was more than willing to help us and find an option that worked. When we had questions during our stay, Julia responded very quickly. 5 stars for her. Overall, a great place and we will definitely look to stay here again!

I was very impressed and grateful. Thank you for your professionally maintained and mindfully furnished and stocked vacation spot. When I return, no doubt it will be to rent this property again.

Nice stay over a busy weekend... very good location and quiet for good sleeping. A mix-up with original booking was somewhat disappointing, but overall nice weekend.
