Welcome to North Peak 3-201 — a cozy mountain getaway designed for relaxing after a day on the slopes or outdoor adventures! This comfortable 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before hitting the mountain to a full family dinner after a fun-filled day. In the living area, the warm gas fireplace creates the perfect gathering spot to unwind, relax, and share stories from the day’s adventures. Cable TV and WiFi are also included for your entertainment and convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total) — perfect for families or groups

Guests also have access to a private ski locker located on the lower level, making gear storage simple and convenient. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available on the lower level for guest use.

The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
