This comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is designed for easy mountain living. The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area make it simple to enjoy home-cooked meals together, whether it’s a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or a relaxed dinner after a full day outdoors.

The inviting living room features a cozy gas fireplace — the perfect place to unwind, warm up, and share stories from your day on the mountain.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed
• Bedroom 2: Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds — great for kids or groups

Additional conveniences include a full bathroom, a private ski locker for guest use, and coin-operated washers and dryers located in the building.

Guests also enjoy access to North Peak’s outdoor heated pool — ideal for relaxing and recharging year-round.

The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
