You won't believe that you are staying at North Peak Condo at Sunday River. You will feel like you are staying in a cabin on top of a mountain. This condo has been completely redone. Located on the top floor of building three which is one of most desired spots at Sunday River. The trail access is amazing and so aren't the views from the windows. Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a full with a twin bunk over. There is also a blow up mattress if needed. North Peak also offers an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

lovely rental - well appointed, clean and cozy! location is outstanding - just yards away from the slope that takes you directly to the lifts at South Peak Lodge. This is our second time renting and we would highly recommend it!!

Julia's place was perfect for our family's long weekend at Sunday River. The location was great with easy ski-in / ski-out access and storage for our ski gear. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Our family would definitely look to stay again next time we visit Sunday River.

This condo is amazingly decorated and a wonderful luxury. For a summer stay it provides quick access to hiking on the mountain or a quick walk down to the South Ridge Lodge. It is a quick drive to restaurants, Su day River Golf Course or Step Falls for a day in the River.
