After a day on the slopes, hiking nearby trails, golfing at Sunday River, or floating down the river, unwind beside the cozy gas fireplace or relax in the private hot tub while taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings. Gather around the outdoor firepit for marshmallows, cocktails, and unforgettable evenings overlooking the river and mountains.
The home’s great room features soaring cathedral ceilings and expansive windows that showcase breathtaking river and mountain views year-round. Wake each morning in the primary suite to the soothing sounds of the river and scenic mountain vistas.
Designed for both comfort and entertainment, the upper level includes two additional bedrooms, while the lower level is packed with amenities including a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and a poker table. You’ll also find an additional king bedroom and a bunk room with XL bunks built to comfortably accommodate adults.
Convenience is built into every stay with paved roads, a paved driveway, and a two-car garage — no scraping snow off your car before heading to the mountain. Plus, the home now features an on-demand generator, ensuring uninterrupted comfort no matter the weather.
Located just minutes from Sunday River Resort, Rivers Edge places you close to skiing, golf, hiking, biking, fishing, and endless outdoor adventure while offering the privacy and luxury of a true mountain escape.
The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is pressed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. Remember we are in the mountains of Maine and the snow we hope for all year can make travel more difficult. We recommend all or 4 wheel drive in the winter season. The roads and driveway are professionally maintained but guests may find travel difficult without it.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

This was one of the nicest, most conveniently located ski houses I have ever rented, right off mountain road. It has a big mudroom with lots of cubbies and hooks, ski hangers and even has boot warmers! The kitchen is well appointed with an island and nearby dining table - loved the lazy Susan. There are lots of comfortable bedroom options, gas fireplace, hot tub and cozy atmosphere. It really checked all of the boxes for a top notch ski rental. Our group is already taking about renting again next year.

Our group of 15 had such an amazing time in this home, which was welcoming the second we opened the door! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, the game room provided lots of space and activities, the living room was amazingly beautiful, and the open concept allowed for everyone to be together for meals and games very comfortably. You can tell that the owners have gone out of their way to make this an amazing place. This was the first time our group stayed at a place with a hot tub and we can never go back...after a long day of skiing at Sunday River (a couple of minutes down the road), the hot tub was a great way to relax before evening activities. We were also very amazed at the views of Sunday River behind the home, I caught myself being mesmerized a few times, just staring at the beautiful scenery of the mountain and the river. We definitely look forward to staying again in the future! I'd also like to shoutout whoever is responsible for maintaining/cleaning the home, everything was super clean, well stocked, and all the technology was easy to use. I'd also like to thank the folks managing the property as they were very responsive and great to work with!
We loved this house. It was a 4 min drive to Sunday River and it was so well stocked with all the essentials. The mud room was amazing for our 2 families' ski stuff. There is a grocery store and tons of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone who skis at Sunday River.
